Our Story
Bright Touch Cleaning LLC is a family-owned cleaning company in the Twin Cities, founded by Paulina and Alex. We clean homes, rentals and businesses across Minneapolis – St. Paul and the Lake Minnetonka area, and we run the company the way we’d want our own home treated: carefully, honestly and on time.
Bright Touch started with two people, a car full of supplies and a simple idea: most people don’t want a “cleaning service” – they want someone they can trust in their home, who shows up when promised and doesn’t cut corners when no one is watching.
We’re a young company, and we see that as an advantage. We built Bright Touch from day one with the systems many older companies never put in place: written checklists for every type of cleaning, clear quoting, confirmations before every visit, and a real follow-up when something isn’t right. Growth has come mostly from referrals – clients telling neighbors, realtors recommending us to sellers, and property managers bringing us more units.
Today we serve families, homeowners, realtors, property managers, short-term rental hosts and local businesses. We’ve grown, but Paulina and Alex are still involved in the day-to-day – reviewing schedules, training new cleaners and answering the phone.

The quality of a cleaning company comes down to the people it sends. Every Bright Touch cleaner is background-checked and insured before their first job. New team members train alongside experienced cleaners and learn our room-by-room checklist, how to care for different surfaces, and how to respect a client's home and privacy.
We are selective about who we hire. We look for cleaners who already have years of professional cleaning experience in homes, luxury properties, rentals and commercial spaces - not beginners we have to teach from zero. That experience shows in the details: knowing how to treat natural stone, hardwood and stainless steel, how to work efficiently in a large home, and how to notice what a client will notice.
