No, you do not need to be there. In fact, most of our clients prefer to leave the keys in a lockbox, provide a garage code, or arrange for property management to let us in. We just ask that you are reachable by phone or text in case our team has any questions during the service.
Should the home be completely empty before you arrive?
Yes, ideally the property should be completely empty of all furniture, personal belongings, and trash before our team begins. This allows our professionals to efficiently deep-clean every corner, inside cabinets, and floors without obstructions, ensuring the highest quality results.
Do you clean inside appliances and cabinets?
Absolutely! Unlike a standard cleaning, our Move-In/Move-Out service automatically includes deep-cleaning the interiors of the oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all kitchen and bathroom cabinets, drawers, and shelves.
Do utilities (electricity and water) need to be turned on?
Yes, please ensure that both electricity and running water are fully turned on and active on the day of the service. Our team requires proper lighting, heating/cooling, and water access to operate our equipment and perform a thorough, safe deep-cleaning.
Can you guarantee I will get my security deposit back?
While we cannot control your landlord’s final decision or pre-existing property damage, we follow a rigorous, property-manager-approved inspection checklist. If your landlord or inspector finds any cleaning-related issues within 24 hours of our service, we will come back to reclean those specific areas at no extra cost to you.
